Lark Hill Sangiovese

Light in body, you might even say Pinot like. Subtle flavours of raspberry and cherry with a little bitterness on the finish. It opened up a little with air and was probably a little too easy to drink but I didn't find it very interesting either.

Delicious but quite different. Very smooth combo of redberry cranberry with a hint of spice. Light bodied and light in colour, too. Looks like a rose or shoot, but more substance and smoother. A delight - went perfectly with tomato pasta and light grilled meats. Closer to pinot in characteristics than some ballsy sangioveses.
