Deep yellow to light gold. Nice one aromatically, with lime, green apple, grapefruit, petrol, mint, and tarragon. Medium to full body, medium acid and finish, with lean and bright constitution, and flavors of lime, green apple, and minerals. Largely what I expect in a Trocken, it hits the spot for sushi and lighter fare.
