Past it’s prime but drinkable. Round, flat, dried herb nose. Last bottle.

Where do I begin? This bottle was in great shape. Age has rounded the bigger parts of it's personality, but make no mistake, this is not a wine to be trifled with, or ignored. The fruit was still fresh, the tannins still present (but refined and granular), the wood fully integrated. Dense, deep flavors, yet elegant, classy.
