Because of the strict selection of the fruits by his gracefulness' Mr Lau! The wine 🍷 is absolutely shining this evening, drinking and smelling like a bottle of fine 1er Cru Red Burgundy, fully mature and drinking astonishingly beautifully now! The know-how of Mr Lau in my view is absolutely astonishing, full of smiles of satisfaction on our faces, great job!

Drank this with 85 Talbot, 02 Sena, 01 Meerhaust Rubicon. This is clearly the worst of the night. The over-riding nose of Grapefruit was strange. Overall, the impression was that you were drinking a white wine, which is ruby red. Cannot say disappointed as expectations were low. There are better wines at the price.
