Very New Zealand… New World… almost SB-like in its wet stone, peach and melon and green apple aromas. Creamy in texture its flavors are more mineral, straw, and earth with some white peach notes thrown in… all backed up by very focused acidity. Would be ideal with lobster, perhaps.
