A vino da tavola with no designation of the vintage, only lot number G02/2014/16. From my understanding, this is a "ripasso" Grignolino that is made from the grapes of the vintage 2014, macerated for 2 whole months, pressed and then kept on the lees for a whole year in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Nah. This was no good, funky in a generic natural wine way, effervescent and tastlng of fizzy tablet. Too tannic for what it is supposedly made to be, a gluggable wine. I poured this into the drain. I’ve like other wines from Cascina Tavijn though.
