For New Year's eve (primarily for Estie and myself). Slightly darker yellow in color. Very fruity nose. Honey-lemon in the mouth, along with some cantaloupe kiwi and apple pie spices. Some minerals lurk in the background. Good acidity. Delicious now, but I suspect I opened this much too soon.
