In Agriteca in Radicondoli. Accompanying a classic Tuscan dinner of pâté and agnello. After 1hr nose still somewhat closed, full bodied taste which is still a little hot, with nice note of ripe red fruits, integrated tannins, and a long sweetening aftertaste. Fits the meal to a T.

The nose displayed a mix of plum, cherry and cranberry, before giving way to woodsy earth tones and spice. On the palate, I found tart red fruits on a medium-bodied frame with a core of minerality which settled on the back palate. The finish shorter than expected, seeming almost hollow, with hints of bitter red fruits lingering.
