The Bruery Partridge In A Pear Tree

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... After 11 years of waiting, this has held up surprisingly well! A fairly restrained nose that has mostly raisin and prune, a dead giveaway of its age. Meanwhile, the palate is more prune, rich and malty, with mild caramel and a flavor that has clearly mellowed with time.
