Not sure what to expect here. Anyway, pours very frothy, which settles, and a nose has a lovely moreish umami quality, bready, apples, floral, maybe some citrus in there. Lots of bubbles, though fine, and mouthwatering citrus acidity that lingers, along with the leesy-ness. Very dry and lively. Enjoying this a lot.
