Went great with stir fry and cucumber salad. Fume blanc style rather than grassy and austere. Moderately rich in texture and a good sharpness to it. Not too long of a finish but quite a nice easy drinker with peach and grapefruit notes.

Floral, rose, apple-peach nose. Grapefruit, orange, kiwi, pineapple on the palate, a little creamy. Slightly astringent, short finish, but with a nice evolution. Well balanced with good acidity. But, lacking in SB characteristics--I could have mistaken for chenin blanc. Nonetheless, a well structured, enjoyable wine.
