Quercia al Poggio Vin Santo del Chianti Classico

Good+. Interesting blend of 80% Malvasia Bianca, 15% Verdea (San Colombano), and 5% Sangiovese; 5 years in small/tiny barrels that remain sealed (i.e. not 'topped off'), with the drying period that preceded this for 3-4 months. Good, but lacks the vibrant acidity I was hoping/expecting it to have. Good QPR. Do NOT serve with cantucci... all will be gone before you know it! recommended+ https://www.ItalianWine.blog
