A little funky and feral on the nose, followed by a dark gravely minerality and some unripe green notes. Juicy fruit of raspberries, dark cherries, lingonberries, cranberries and blood orange (the lingon/cranberries/orange flavours became less pronounced with time). Elevated acidity, low to medium- tannins and 12,5% abv.
