A beautuful deep salmon in color, this Willamette Valley Pinot Noir rosé has flavors aromas of strawberry and rose petals. Round and relatively full bodied pallate for a rosé it carrys a lively acidity, while finishing with touch of river rock and salinity as well. Worth noting it improved noticeably as it warmed and opened (~30 mins). Perfect pairing with fresh pesto pasta! [8/17/23] ($25)

Very bright red in color. Mouthful of Pinot Noir flavors around a core of light citrus. Drank well with roasted branzino. Nice smokiness.

Tart with a bit of sour cherry - a mouthful, and a good alternative when seeking more than a dry French rose.

Big peach kinda bomb Dan notes. Has a little bit of that onion skin thing going on. At $16 kinda works it out.

This feels a lot like it was made "saignée" or with extended skin contact. The color is a deep translucent reddish pink. It's main flavor is a dominant sour cherry along with other stone fruit notes. We enjoyed this but didn't fall in love with it. Call it ...interesting. 12.5% alc Paid $16 locally. Solid pairing with lightly spiced shrimp creole tonight.

Looks and smells thicker. A bit thick on the palate too. Seems almost like its got some wood on it. Or maybe that is just the heavy skin contact.
