Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin

Bottle, fill and cork were in great condition. This is a remarkable village wine at this age. Attractive, earthy, strawberry and mint. Some sweetness and very little structure left. Slightly faded, but in an elegant way. Not the most complex wine, but pleasantly surprised. A nice experience with a fine old village wine from a very reliable source.
