Julietta Winery Syrah

Deeply colored with great clarity. Black cherry, blackberry, some buried oakiness on the nose - hints at complexity but needs time. Has a buttery mouthfeel - could mistake it for merlot. Medium palate again expresses black cherry, raw almond, red plum, some tar, smoked meats might be in there in a few years - again, like the nose, it shows promise for development.
