finished up my last bottle of this tonight. drank over 2 days. nose with pepper, raspberry syrup, and clay. body filled out and still acidic but well integrated. more raspberry and a hint of sage flavor. dusty tannin, medium length, clean tapering finish.

softened and improved greatly over a year. acids integrated, still brambly field berries and now pepper on the palate. should evolve positively 5 years+

must drink with food. red delicious apple skin nose. interesting weight, sort of a class of it's own. light but with a more medium bodied roundness- if that makes any sense. stinging acidity. brambly, tart raspberry flavor. needs time to soften.
