Domaine Sous la Montagne Maury Sec

Very dark. Black fruit, mineral, grape nose. Huge flavour of fresh black and blue fruit with terrific floral aroma in the mouth. Also high in acid and very drying, tannic finish. I can't think of a better foil for spicy, fatty sausage.
