Trujillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Bright, opaque red color. Dark cherry and blackberry aroma. Smooth, polished and intense on the palate. Black cherries, blackberries, tobacco, hint of plum, cedar. Gorgeously layered. A subtle note of chocolate on the mid-palate. Fine, well-defined tannins, a bright burst of acidity, perfectly balanced. Finishes long with bright cherry and cedar notes. A fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon, drinking well already. I can see it improving with some age. Drink next 9 to 10 years, but it could go even longer.
