Joel blinds (I) : (blind) Medium pink color. Dirty lambic notes. Slight cheese rind (autolysis). Feels around 15g dosage. High acid. Dirty strawberry notes. Fine thick mousse. Guess: A Rosé Pet-Nat from the Loire. Decent quality. Actually: Brazilian! 50-50 Pinot Chard. Samba sparklers rosé $5
