Château de Minière Bourgueil Rosé de Minière

Showing well. Bright red / Ruby with a lighter magenta rim. Raspberry, mineral, and green pepper on the nose. In the mouth there is more mineral, Earth, and a very dry finish. Light tannins. A surprisingly dry, earthy red which will pair well with chicken and salmon, yet stand up to heavier cuts of beef and lamb, too. I brought this home from the winery.
