Beautiful riesling. The floral aromas alone would be enough, but it also shines on the palate. Nice level of sweetness, with good cut.

Very pretty nose with lots of white orchard fruit notes along with some white tropical qualities as well as streak of minerals. Prior bottle was a bit over 21 months ago (March 2017) and the wine has improved nicely in that time. Mostly acidity accented orchard fruit on the nose (apple, peach, pear, melon) along with floral qualities. Medium bodied and continues to show excellent balance between fruit and acidity. All juicy orchard fruit upfront, especially apple and pear and the bringing in peach through the middle along with hints of what will someday develop into tropical qualities. very enjoyable with air pronounced and racy acidity keeps the creamy and lively orchard fruit in balance. Went really well with slightly spicy chinese food.

Again, another painfully young 2015 riesling, but I had to try it, given the opportunity to purchase more. Much crisper and more mineral driven on the nose than the 2015 Carl Loewen Spatlese and quite similar to the nose of the Joh Jos Prum from the same site. Medium bodied (8.5% ABV) with an incredible mix of richness and acidity. Opened at 48F, warming to 51F and probably showed the best (for now) at the warmer edge of that range. …
