Chateau Cambon, Beaujolais

Menoum. Beau fruité, belle acidité bien dosée. Bouche fraîche et toute en légèreté.

Magnifique! D'une pureté et d'une fraicheur hors du commun, tant pour l'appellation que le millésime (trop chaud)! Sur un registre délicatement floral, avec des baies rouges et juteuses et la pierre concassée. La bouche est soyeuse et en parfaite équilibre! Les amers sont fins et dociles, l'acidité bien dosé, portant le fruit vibrant et éclatant!!

Encore un beau RQP, beau fruit avec une belle buvabilité. C`est gourmand et digeste, beau vin pour la belle saison qui arrive. On aime.

Toujours excellent. Encore guilleret, mais un peu assagit. De la cerise, framboises, épices. RQP exceptionnel.

Opened for 30 mins prior to pouring just on gut feel. Smelled pretty and floral straight away, lots of that bright, fleshy red fruit, strawberries, macerated cherries. It sort of smells like that sort of old fashioned, powdered hard candy in a way. Yet it has a serious element to it. A bit smoky, with some herbaceous, lifted aromatics in the background. Que c'est bon.... Explosion de petites fruits acidulés au nez (cerises sûres, canneberge). Très frais, vif, long. Beaux fruits et touche d'épices. Du très beau Bojo.

Clear, dark ruby. After two hours of air shos clear cherry, star anise and spice. Fruit forward on palat, balanced, likeable and smooth. Drinks very well already, not a keeper. Enjoy it now or until end 2019.

Terrific value and a delicious Beaujolais. Tons of cranberry and zippy raspberry cordial. Rich forest, baking spice and lightly dried flowers in there as well. Medium body with nice acidity and a drip-ingly long finish. As turkey day is in sight I would think this perfect for a gobbler. Light enough for breast meat with enough concentrated fruit for dark meat.

Raspberries, strawberries, cranberries and hint of pepper. Very concentrated. Excellent beaujolais.

Cherry, strawberry note, gamy/earthy/leathery, balanced tanin The storage may not have been the best. flavors were jarring after chilled. But, as it warmed, the flavors came together. After opening over night, more integrated. Good acidity, provides a good structure. Bitter after-taste, herbal/celery, minty, Stone-fruit juicy. Hint of fennel. Dark brick in color.
