Well, this once was a very good wine. I neglected the drink by date and now it has lost all of its brightness and character and gone flabby. Not sure how this got by me but is has. I’m not rating it because the poor quality is my mistake not that of the winery or winemaker.

One of my favorite wine varietals. An interesting nose of butterscotch. Still bright with decent acidity but it is showing its age and is growing thin. Suggest you drink it up soon if you have any remaining. I have one more bottle and will drink that one before the warm weather is gone. It is great on a hot summer day. Quite refreshing.

Fresh and intriguing, very much like a sauv blanc with an interesting acidity and body

This is such a good wine—especially as a summer pre-dinner sipper. Apple and citrus on the nose and palate. We are in love with this varietal. More full bodied than a SB but less than a Chard. About the same as a Chenin Blanc but just a different taste. Only fault was that I don’t seem to get much of the terroir coming through. Maybe more as the vines mature.
