Domaine des Cavarodes (Etienne Thiébaud) Vin de Pays de Franche-Comté Blanc

Apple, melon and dried citrus on the nose with honey, wool, nuts and yeast. Dry and quite fullbodied on the palate with balanced grainy acidity, leathery grip and mid-intense fruit. Fine minerality, maccadamia, wool and yeast. Long. Very nice - esp. for the price point.
