Valverán 20 manzanas Sidra de hielo

Hard to score this but it was yummy! Apple cider ice wine. First time I ever ran across it. Fun, from a half bottle. Strange that I was the only guy to like it so far. Oh well.

Cena a oscuras en Ferreruela Lleida. Copa de postre. Maridaje con un postre también con manzana. No me convence. No es para mi.

Central thread of acidity without sensation of terroir nor idea of depth. Doggy food. Segundo intento con la "Sidra de hielo". Aparentemente sin añada pero en la contraetiqueta hay una indicación del lote. Hilo central de acidez sin sensacion de terruño ni idea de profundidad. A corrales.
