Though I'm a big advocate for aged Gamay, this one I think didn't have the stuffing, and to me, even as an acid lover, seems overly acidic. That said, it's still pleasant and drinkable with rich food.

Oregon & Washington Tasting 11 March 2016 Stockholm; 3/12/2016-3/14/2016 (Munchenbryggeriet, Stockholm) : Very cru Beaujolais like with a core of minerally acidity. This may be what should be planted in many of the warmer oregon vineyard sites... recommended. food friendly.
