Cheap Bordeaux drinking better than it has ANY right to drink at 18. Things like this can never get truly complex, no matter how long they age. On whole, expected more balance.

Chilled vinegar might be better. Bland bouquet if any with no distinct or notable smells.

Not bad for a cheap French wine! A little light, but smooth and some berries cherry flavor.

Marginal at best. Last bottle, that's a good thing.

Mild flavored, non-eventful.

nice scent upon opening, but a bit thin.

Rich purple rose color. Nose of red fruit and raisin. Palette was thin, not particularly impressive, but with balanced tannins.

Rather disappointing. Nose was not pleasant. Light bodied, seemed diluted. Old world style with subtle flavors at best. Did better with a roast beef dish after opening a bit, but still leaves a lot to be desired.
