Fabulous! Fantastic brioche nose. This was rich, yeasty, and creamy with notes of lemon, lemon curd, and marzipan. Very good perlage. Lingering finish of lemon scones.

Richly toasted nose. Fresh, sweet brioche toasted medium brown, then drizzled with honey, apricot jam and toasted walnuts. Medium-light bodied, there's a bit of fresh (still warm) yogurt flavor on the palate. While the nose is exemplary, it seems as if the palate may have suffered just a bit from age. That said, this is quite mature and a delight to drink! Drink now and over the next 18-24 months. Undeniably complex. 90

More weighty than the Sauvage, pleasant texture, great acid. Suave and polished, excellent finish. A different style than the Sauvage but difficult to call it better.

Elegant bouquet of yeast, limestone, iron, and iodine, with honeysuckle and orange blossom honey notes. Robust and rounded mouthfeel, polished texture, long and appealing finish. Very interesting.

Better than several months ago, but also probably as good as it's going to get. Very nice for the $ and sure to please the masses but no, it's not Champagne by any means. A very enjoyable domestic sparkler. 4+11+16+8 = 89

Another solid performance as this continues to develop. I should really be letting these sleep, but at daily drinker price levels it's just too easy to forgive the baby killing.

Pretty, light gold color with a vibrant and broad mousse. Consistent to other reviews as far as yeast, apple, and lemon rind in the bouquet and palate. I sense a taut structure that I would wager becomes more generous in a year or two. Feel like it's holding back something so I plan to wait several months before trying again. If my sense is right, I see 2-4 more points in the future. 5+10+14+8=87

Tasting with Maverick at FHE. Very funky and yeasty. Dirty lemon peel. Super fine bubbles. Palate is the richest. Toast and almond butter. Super balanced.

Very pretty aromatics, unique, possibly a combination of tropical fruits and butterscotch. The palate is very nice, but not quite as substantive as the Sauvage. 87-88.

You can smell and taste the yeast on the nose and palate. Some citrus notes and a hint of golden delight apple. Nice structure and great acidity which really give this a backbone. Honestly I am really surprised but what this has to offer and it really is enjoyable. Great finish as well. I wish it was balanced in the way of a bit more fruit in the backbone and to support it but very nice still.
