Tranche Cellars Syrah Estate Blue Mountain Vineyard

Last time I had a bottle, I wasn’t overly impressed, this bottle however we loved. A very pleasant nose, nice mouth complexity, and a lingering finish.

A fine syrah, with a little age. Enjoyed over two nights. Mild nose, lower tannins, easy to drink with not a lot of complexity, medium-short finish

Drank much better then the other bottle I opened the night before. I took bottle out of cellar 3 hours ahead of time. Let it warm up to room temperature before I ran the wine through an aerator into a carafe, about an hour ahead before drinking. Smooth finish while enjoying the taste with a light dinner.
