Jacky Preys et Fils Touraine Cuvée de Fié Gris Vieille Vigne

First time with this grape. Light straw color, medium-light body. Aromas of juicy fruits like lychee, peach and pear. There’s a sweetness on the nose that is a tad floral as well. Almost honeysuckle. Palate is much lighter than the nose. White peach, with some nice salinity/minerality. The finish is a bit abrupt but some fruit lingers. Interesting wine no doubt
