Morlet Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Prix du Jury

Fermented red fruit aromas. Earthy red and black fruit flavors with good structure. Long finish with fine tannins. Drink now.

This was solid and drank quite well after roughly 30 minutes in the glass. Quick burst of cherry and some strawberry with a few hints of integrated wood. Not overly complex but enjoyable to drink. These wines are a bit lighter bodied than they used to be, FWIW.

Deep purple color. Smell is very fruit forward - dried fruit, hint of oak, smoky. Taste was balanced throughout. Very enjoyable.

Delightful

Very good bottle and if adjusted for price, an excellent choice.

With lots of chocolate on the nose. Or oak rather. Big on the palate. Doesn't taste like the Paso because its bigger than that.
