Delicious! Once again, this did not dissappoint.. my WOTN. Just slightly more rounded off than the last time I tasted this. This was still beautiful golden apples , stewed in chrysanthamum flowers, a small scoop of natural unprocessed honey and throw in lots of dried lemon zest and orange skins. Nice kumquat like ring on the finish. Tingling freshness with grapefruit dry tea leaf bitterness. Excellent!

Men Drink White (Seafood Paradise, Defu Lane 10, Singapore) : Voted by most on the table as wine of the night. Not quite a VT, but suprisingly sweet for an Alsace Tokay Pinot Gris. I guess the golden yellow colour was a telltale sign of the ripeness that it displayed - the grapes certainly must have had a really long hang-time.
