100% organic Vermentino. Med straw yellow. Med to med (+) aromas of white flowers, ripe lemon, yellow plum, parsley, lemongrass, wet stone. No oak. Dry, with med acidity, high alcohol (14% but does not seem hot). Full-bodied, with med to med (+) flavor intensity and length, with a slightly bitter, salty and savory finish.
