Decanted into the glass, left for 45 minutes. In the glass: Deep magenta, clear, good long legs. On the nose: Sweet/tart raspberries, currants, tiny bit of banana, whiff of lavender, light minerals. In the mouth: Light/med mouth feel, good concentration, sweetness on the tongue, light tannins, tiny bit of alcohol heat pokes through, light finish. Not very complex, definitely smells and tastes like a Beaujolais. Nice and easy, gets better with air as do most. Meh, could be better at …
