So I let it sleep. Better wine objectively but I liked the boom more.

What can only be described as "stinky" upon opening; thought it was horribly tainted with brett but blew off after a couple hours, and almost all gone after a day in the fridge. Became delicious after that, a lively wine with red fruits and bitter citrus notes. Not sure why the wine seemed so off on opening; just a heads up to all those opening this up that this may happen to you.

Super tasty with bright red fruits. I would buy this next time Lopa offers.

Dark boom. Deep fruits and raw leather. Finished off with blood and bitter orange. Complex. Still finding itself, so will let other bottles sleep.
