Lovely dark cherry and a bit of spicy smoke on the nose. The palate has more cherry with some strawberries, some depth and smooth tannins, the is a bit of spice and good balance, all of which belies the fact that this is only £13 a solid 88 points

Smooth and silky, with aromas of blackberries, clove and cocoa, and flavors of bright red fruits, cherries and spice, subtle oak, good fresh red berry finish.

This is a wine with a very short life. I drank my last bottle and it was just past its prime. It still has good fruit and it is easy drinking. But when I drank the rest of the bottle the next day, it did not change for the better.

Smoky, reminds me of a south african pinot. Young, smoky, not unpleasant. Got really bad on day 3, and that sinks a wine for me.

A most appealing wine. Good ruby colour, no brown, clear and bright, good legs. Attractive vegetal nose, typical of the Pinot noir grape, very smooth on the palate with excellent balance and fairly long finish. Ready now.

Tasted at 4th Annual NY Wine Expo @ Javits Ctr. Low yield PN that is hand-done the Burgundian way. Aromas & flavors of ripe black cherry & plum, earth, spice & oak. Fine tannins w/silky, concentrated finish.
