Weekly tasting group #110; South-Africa with a few extra's (@ The factory by JdB) : Concentrated bouquet with dark forest fruits, leather, smoke, anise and beautiful oak. On the palate a sweet start, sweet spices like cinnamon and anise, some tea, mild acidity and melted, well integrated tannin. Soft bitterness in the finish. Completely ready now. Drink over the next two years.
