Barre Degustation (Ferrieres-en-Gatinais) : Barre degustation; Dark amber, cognac color; sauternes-like nose (apricot, syrup, petrol) but more “burnt”; very viscous, thick; dry & full of taste w/lively finish; 2nd day: honey, burnt brush, little acid, med body, sharp end, cloudy.
