Pale lemon color. Aromatics and notes of quince & orange zest, acacia, gingerbread, oyster shell and slate. Lush fruit and rich texture on the palate with subtle secondary depth, and sharp but well-integrated acidity. Finishes with salinity and savory depth. Very nice.
