Lemon colour - clear and shiny. Nos: some minerality and vegetal aromas (Parsleyroot, carrot, celereiac) and fruity (apples, grapes). PLus some distant aromas of roasted chicken. taste: auster, skinny with medium plus acidity. Lacks fruit (only some apples) but is full of minerality - salty, loess, limestone notes. Medium (+) finish. Well built structure. Very gastronomical wine. good stuff - but not for everyone.
