Domaine Poulleau Père & Fils Beaune Les Prévoles

A little closed to start then blossoms. Moves slowly from red-fruits with a nice touch of green stalk to a darker profile with some date and dried fruit. Lovely airy feel to the top register throughout. Strong finish to keep it fresh. Drinking well now.
