Tempranillo from Italy. That's a new one for me. Had I tasted this blind, I don't think I would have guessed tempranillo, but it does feel very Italian. Deep purple. Nose has a bit more alcohol than the stated 13.5% on the label. Blackberry, concord grape, flowers, and a touch of spice aromas. Fruit is very forward in the taste, lots of "blue" fruit.
