Château Clamens Negrette Syrah

Nose: Dark berry, rainy forest. Palate: Dark barely ripe plum, plum skins, tar, cracked black pepper an a dash of cayenne. On day two, the tar and some balsamic make it to the nose, and the palate becomes more gritty and dirt-forward with some dark fruit hanging around in the background. A blend of 70% Negrette 30% Syrah.
