Very interesting. Dark and brooding for sure, showing dense, almost dried, red and black fruits. Prunes and charcoal, there is maturity here, but the tannins are still extremely hard. Potential for further development, though expect the tannins will always outlive the fruit here. Good with stews.

Dark, rustic fruit with notes of iron, rocks and blood. Nice wine that drinks well, especially with food. Not as good as his barbera though.
