Very rich and very ripe, clearly from a vintage like 2009, but this also seemed fresh for an 11 yo wine. Very good weight and density, mostly showing orchard fruit, with enough structure keeping it in overall very good balance. A clear step up vs this producer's 2009 Maltroie we drank last night, but that's terroir.

Souper chez la noblesse Lanaudoise (Saint-Charles-Borromée, au fief de la Baronne et son Baron) : Un nez de poires et même de banane très mure. Gras, assez riche, avec une très belle texture. La bouche est assez opulente avec une belle finesse, je croyais à un Ramonet 2009. 92-93 pts
