Didn’t aerate this time and wow what a difference. Really seemed to add some depth. Enjoyed over 2 days.

Pretty good but nothing special. Aerated 1st.

Nothing terribly interesting here. Can’t imagine anyone paying the supposed “original” price, but for $25 it’s about right. A little musty when it opens but that blows off. Merlot very present on pop n’ pour, black fruit sweetness. After twenty to thirty minutes the Cab Franc takes over. Dryer, more acidity to the front. Nothing really pops here. Not bad for the price but one could do better.

Was just ok. Nice terroir, very French. Smooth and mellow but not much depth or character. Fine for the $25 spent.

Soft, subtle, earthy nose of dark fruit, wet leaves, licorice, vanilla, sandalwood and bay leaf, well-balanced palate of blackberries and plum, secondary notes of mushroom, coffee beans and tar, powdery tannins, lengthy finish.
