Med+ body, fleshy and fruity. Crisp, ripe peach and apple, almond tones and a delicate, mid-length finish of apple and anise. Ripe and mouth-fillingly fruity, but with really well judged acidity. Moreish. Big fan of this as an aperitif.

More proof that I really like Pinot Bianco from Sudtirol, even when my other experiences with the grape underwhelm. Lemon, white flowers, white peaches, green herbs with a nice saline note on the mid palate and more citrus on the. Full bodied with medium acid.
