Brown hue around the edges. Autumnal humusy and slightly porty nose nose. Very savoury on palate. Some redcurrant fruit coming out. Fine powdery tannin. Not as good as the bottle I had on release. 91

A superb and unique wine. 2014 has had a bad rap from the wine media which belies some great wines. As always it’s producer driven. This wine has a bright translucent red colour and the nose is multi layered with red fruits and aromatics of fennel and dried herbs . Palate is lifted and complex with superfine tannins. Burgundian comes to mind. Delicious wine, wish I’d bought more

Light lifted floral nose. Fine, sinewy, long. Slightly medicinal in a good way. So many odd flavours. Intriguing! 95
