A bit sweetish and spicy, somewhat unusual for a Sauv Blanc. Tasty and perfectly fine for a summer night. Good to drink now. I enjoyed it and am happy to have two more. Would buy again.

Notes écrites plusieurs jours après la dégustation. Un nez très expressif. Verdure et fruits exotiques, papaye, litchi. En bouche, une explosion de fruits exotiques, un équilibre acidité-sucrosité. Je comprends que certains amateurs trouvent ce type de vin trop raccoleur mais, pour ma part dans son style, c'est joyeux, ça rappelle une journée chaude d'été et, ma fois, ça acompagnerait à merveille sushis et certains plats asiatiques.
